报名参加教育策划工作坊

These in-person workshops will help you define your educational goal and select the courses that you will need to start your pathway to success. During your session, you will get answers to specific questions, and create an educational plan for your semester. To ensure that you get the help needed, workshops are limited to 10 students per session.

在教育策划工作坊，你将：

  • Develop a 1-2 semester Education Plan with specific courses based on your Major Degree or Certificate program and appropriate General Education pattern, if applicable
  • Learn about Major requirements and General Education patterns such as IGETC, CSU GE, and Local Associate GE
  • 你的数学/英语课程有没有经过辅导员的评估和批准
  • 将辅导员推荐的课程加入到你的教育计划中
  • Be able to ask questions and receive personalized answers and recommendations from a Counselor

为了充分利用您的教育规划研讨会：

  • 你应该已经完成了 引导Self-Placement
  • 你应该知道如何使用注射屋教育规划工具
  • Have any unofficial transcripts or AP scores available during workshop to refer to, if applicable

Workshops Are In-Person and will be hosted at College Complex CORE Building Level 2

  • Make a 咨询预约 to revise an existing plan when returning to LMC so that, together with a Counselor, you can verify your plan and/or make any needed changes.

注意: If you are attending college for personal enrichment or taking a few 天博 to improve job skills, creating an education plan is not mandatory, but is required to receive priority registration (along with completing the Online 取向 and math & English placement).
