"Equity in Action” is a series of workshops aimed at fostering professional development
for Classified Professionals (Monthly & Hourly). The Equity in Action workshops are
meant to empower individuals, promote a culture of understanding, and encourage collective
action towards creating a more equitable and inclusive environment.
目的:
The Equity in Action workshops will provide employees with the necessary tools, knowledge,
and skills to understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
through interactive sessions, restorative practices, cultural competence, inclusive
language, and strategies for creating inclusive workspaces.
The Equity in Action series of workshops will provide a space for Classified Professionals to foster professional growth, enhance diversity, and promote inclusivity and belonging.
