名称更改

Students wishing to change their name must submit documentation electronically by uploading documentation to the 文档上传 that substantiates the change of name. An example would be a marriage license, divorce decree or legal document (all of these will have both names listed to identify the student).

Changes in address and 电话 number can be completed on 注射屋. Students who are also employed by the college should submit their changes of address in 注射屋. 学生将负责任何邮件发送到错误的地址。
